The client shall have a reasonable inspection period of 24-hours following the completion of services to ensure satisfaction with the work performed. Any issues or concerns should be communicated to Floors n Fibres (Pty) Ltd promptly within this period.

Acceptance:

Upon completion of the services and the expiration of the inspection period without any objections raised by the client, the services rendered shall be deemed as accepted.

Payment Obligation:

Acceptance of the services rendered obligates the client to fulfill any outstanding payment obligations as per the terms of the quotation or agreement.

Warranty Period:

Floors n Fibres (Pty) Ltd may provide a warranty period for the services rendered, during which any defects or deficiencies in workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
